My Bio
I was originally taught by my grandmother how to draw. She was a wonderful arisit, going to art college and always sketching and painting on holidays. She passed this on to me when I was very small. She helped me win my first art competition at the age of 6 and she always advised me on where to improve. She bought me my first paints and pencils, increasing my collections over my entire life. I stopped for a while when she died when I was 11 as it was too painfull doing it without her but I restarted drawing recently in remembrance of her (and being pushed by my friends).

Hi, I thought, for my first journal entry, I would tell you a bit about myself.
I am 18, I have an older brother who is 21 and I love him to bits. I currently live at home with both my parents, but not for much longer as I will hopefully be going off to university in some far away city.
I decided to set up this account because my friends have been badgering me to get one for over a year now! As you can see from my bio, I started drawing because of my grandmother. She was a very talented artist and many of the paintings on my bedroom are copies of her work. I was very sad when she passed away.
